These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern all access to Canyon Lake Labs (“CLL”), including websites, tunnels, servers, OpenTag VR downloads, APK distribution, PC builds, VR builds, communication channels, and any digital services operated under the Canyon Lake Labs name. By accessing or using any Canyon Lake Labs service, you agree to these terms in full.

1. General Use & Eligibility

Canyon Lake Labs services are provided for personal, educational, experimental, and entertainment use. OpenTag VR builds (PC, VR, APK) are provided for legitimate testing and gameplay only. You must be legally permitted to use online services in your region.

You agree not to impersonate Canyon Lake Labs staff, developers, testers, or representatives. Any attempt to misrepresent affiliation with Canyon Lake Labs or OpenTag VR is strictly prohibited.

2. Acceptable Conduct

Users must adhere to the following conduct rules:

• No harassment, threats, stalking, or targeted abuse toward any individual or group.
• No attempts to bypass security, exploit vulnerabilities, or gain unauthorized access.
• No distribution of malware, phishing links, harmful downloads, or deceptive content.
• No impersonation of Canyon Lake Labs or OpenTag VR developers, testers, or staff.
• No unauthorized redistribution of OpenTag VR builds, APKs, PC versions, or VR versions.
• No modification, repackaging, or re‑uploading of OpenTag VR without permission.
• No illegal activity, including fraud, identity theft, or unauthorized data collection.
• No interference with Canyon Lake Labs operations, tunnels, servers, or experimental systems.

3. External Links, Downloads & Third‑Party Content

Any external links, APKs, downloads, or third‑party game invitations shared with Canyon Lake Labs or its operators may be subject to mandatory security review. Canyon Lake Labs reserves the right to block, ignore, or report unverified or unsafe content.

Users must not request others to install untrusted software, join suspicious websites, or engage with unknown executables. Canyon Lake Labs may refuse interaction with any external content at its discretion.

OpenTag VR builds are only distributed through official Canyon Lake Labs channels. Any link or file claiming to be “OpenTag VR” from an unofficial source should be considered unsafe.

4. OpenTag VR Distribution Policy

Canyon Lake Labs hosts official OpenTag VR builds for PC, VR, and Android APK. These builds are provided “as‑is” for testing, gameplay, and community use. Redistribution without permission is prohibited.

• APK files must not be modified, repackaged, or re‑signed.
• PC builds must not be reverse‑engineered or altered.
• VR builds must not be redistributed outside official channels.
• Users must not impersonate Canyon Lake Labs to distribute fake builds.

Any attempt to impersonate Canyon Lake Labs or distribute counterfeit OpenTag VR builds may result in permanent denial of service and reporting to relevant platforms.

5. Service Availability & Experimental Systems

Canyon Lake Labs operates experimental infrastructure, including tunnels, servers, and prototype systems. These services may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice. No uptime, performance, or reliability guarantees are provided.

OpenTag VR builds may be unstable, experimental, or incomplete. Users acknowledge that these builds may behave unpredictably and are used at their own risk.

6. Data Collection & Privacy

Canyon Lake Labs may collect diagnostic logs, security metadata, and operational analytics for the purpose of maintaining system integrity. Canyon Lake Labs does not request sensitive personal information through unofficial channels and advises users not to share such information.

Canyon Lake Labs does not sell user data. Logs may be retained for security, troubleshooting, or abuse prevention.

7. Security & Enforcement

Canyon Lake Labs reserves the right to restrict access, block communication, or take appropriate action against users who violate these terms. Severe violations may result in permanent denial of service.

Canyon Lake Labs may cooperate with relevant authorities in cases involving illegal activity or credible threats.

8. Intellectual Property

All Canyon Lake Labs branding, website content, documentation, OpenTag VR builds, and system designs are the property of Canyon Lake Labs unless otherwise noted. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify Canyon Lake Labs content without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

Canyon Lake Labs services and OpenTag VR builds are provided “as‑is” without any warranty, express or implied. Canyon Lake Labs disclaims all responsibility for data loss, system instability, or damages resulting from use of experimental systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canyon Lake Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of its services or OpenTag VR builds.

11. Developer Content Takedown Requests

Canyon Lake Labs allows developers to host and distribute their own game files, builds, assets, and related content through Canyon Lake Labs services. If a developer believes that their copyrighted material has been uploaded, copied, redistributed, or used without authorization by another user, they may request a formal takedown.

Takedown requests may be submitted for:

• Unauthorized uploads of your game files or builds
• Redistribution of your APKs, PC builds, or VR builds
• Use of your copyrighted assets, branding, or code without permission
• Cloned or derivative works that infringe on your intellectual property
• Any content hosted on Canyon Lake Labs that violates your copyright

To file a takedown request, contact Canyon Lake Labs at: support@canyonlakelabs.com.

The request must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Direct links to the infringing content hosted on Canyon Lake Labs
• Proof of ownership or authorship
• A statement affirming that the report is accurate and made in good faith

Upon receiving a valid takedown request, Canyon Lake Labs may remove or restrict access to the infringing content, notify the uploader, and take additional enforcement actions if necessary. Canyon Lake Labs reserves the right to deny or request clarification for incomplete or invalid takedown submissions.

12. Changes to Terms

Canyon Lake Labs may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Canyon Lake Labs services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
